Illinois Department of Public Health, Office of WomenÕs Health, Illinois WISEWOMAN Program (IWP) seeks a contractor to provide multi-leveled evaluation, technical assistance and consultation to the IWP. The IWP is funded through the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and is aimed at lowering cardiovascular disease risk factors through a screening and lifestyle intervention program.
