Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services, Office for Deaf and hard of Hearing Services seeks a contractor to provide Last Resort Program services for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. The Last Resort Program has two priorities and contractors may provide services under both or one priority.
