New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services seeks a contractor to provide chemical dependence treatment and assessment services for Rockefeller Drug Law sentencing reforms which established a judicial diversion program for certain non-violent felony offenders. The sentencing reforms are expected to increase the demand for chemical dependence treatment services, including outpatient services, as additional non-violent felony offenders will now be provided the opportunity to participate in treatment services and programs under Judicial and Probation or other supervision.
