Oregon's Lane County Department of Health and Human Services seeks a contractor to provide residential crisis services. Services must include the ability to operate a crisis respite and transition services facility for acutely mentally ill adults. This is a short-term residential shelter that provides a face to face mental health screening for individuals who are experiencing a severe mental/emotional crisis. The facility will also provide crisis transition housing for up to 30 days and provide outreach case management services for mental health clients who may be housed in alternative housing until transitional housing becomes available . . .
