Missouri's Mid-America Regional Council (MARC) seeks a contractor to assist in the preparation of a needs assessment and investment plan for new resources to serve at-risk children and youth in the greater Kansas City region. MARC provides coordination services to the Homelessness Task Force of Greater Kansas City.
