Ohio's Portage County Job and Family Services Department seeks a contractor to provide Title XX social services. Services help individuals achieve or maintain economic self-sufficiency, prevent or remedy abuse, neglect, or exploitation of those who cannot protect themselves, and provide community-based care. These goals encompass child care services, protective services for children and adults, services for home management, delivery of in-home meals, health services, and family planning services. The groups covered are uninsured children and adults, the aged, the mentally retarded, the blind, the emotionally disturbed, the physically handicapped, alcoholics, and drug addicts . . .
