Minnesota Department of Human Services, Performance Measurement and Quality Improvement Division seeks a contractor to provide professional and technical services to evaluate and report the prevalence of substance use among adults in Minnesota; the need of treatment for adults who have an alcohol or illicit drug use disorder; and the comorbidity with depression. The population is non-institutionalized adults in Minnesota who are 18 or older. The contractor will select a representative sample from the population, develop a questionnaire based on the 2010 Minnesota Survey on Adult Substance Use, and conduct a telephone survey in English and Spanish . . .
