New Mexico's Bernalillo County Juvenile Detention and Youth Services Center seeks a contractor to provide two Reception and Assessment Centers (RAC), one in Valencia County and another in Bernalillo County. These RACs will provide an alternative to incarceration for youth arrested for low-level offenses by local law enforcement officers. Rather than being incarcerated these at-risk youth will be taken to the respective RAC where an Intake needs assessment, crisis intervention and case management services will be provided . . .
