The contractor will recruit network informants; obtain participant informed consent; administer the Survey of Gambling Behaviors, Beliefs, and Motives; administer the Canadian Problem Gambling Index; interview individual informants and conduct focus groups following scripted protocols; produce audio recordings of all interview proceedings; submit interview documentation monthly (participant consent forms, surveys and screens, interview collection forms, and audio recordings); assist in writing executive summary reports of regionally collected data; and attend meetings and trainings as assigned . . .
