New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance seeks a contractor to provide support services to the Single Room Occupancy Program. The program provides support services to organizations providing homeless services to adult individuals who reside in eligible housing units. Services are designed to assist individuals in the development of skills to be self sufficient and to live indepently. Eligible singles shall include but are not limited to victims of domestic violence, the mentally disabled, substance abusers, ex-offenders and individuals living with a life threatening illness . . .
