Tennessee's Rutherford County Schools seeks a contractor to develop and implement a full day, full school year therapeutic day treatment program with the option of providing extended school year services. The program will provide a therapeutic educational placement for eligible special education students in grades 6-12 with severe to profound behavioral and/or emotional problems and who exhibit intense conduct problems or externalizing behavior. The program will also serve dually-diagnosed students. The program will offer mental health related services including, but not limited to, individual and/or group counseling therapies and social work services . . .
