Ohio Department of Youth Services (DYS) seeks a contractor to develop community-based treatment alternatives for females with behavioral health issues, while preserving public safety. Specifically, DYS aspires to enter into a contract with an existing community-based residential treatment provider located anywhere in Ohio that will make available by February 3, 2014 a discrete unit of approximately 6-10 beds in a secure setting separated from adolescent males. The contractor must be able to demonstrate the ability to arrange for a continuum of care that supports the transition to home or to self-sufficiency . . .
