Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, Office of Child and Adolescent Mental Health, through its Region 6 office, seeks a contractor to provide sustainable innovative treatment approaches within the communities through demonstration grants. Examples of approaches may include funding to support seeding programs such as art therapy, mentoring, after school programs, summer camp, equestrian therapy, pet therapy, culture specific needs, therapeutic recreation, implementation of an evidenced-based practice, etc., that have a therapeutic value for children and youth (ages 4-21) with severe emotional disturbance who are served by the State . . .
