U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, National Institute on Aging announces the availability of funding for implementation of the Underactive Bladder in Aging (R21) Exploratory/Developmental Grant. The purpose of this grant is to support basic, clinical, or translational research on underactive bladder and its consequences in aging and in older persons. The R21 mechanism is intended to encourage exploratory and developmental research projects by providing support for the early and conceptual stages of these projects.
