U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, National Cancer Institute (NCI) announces the availability of funding for implementation of the Exploratory Grant Award to Promote Workforce Diversity in Basic Cancer Research (R21). The purpose of this grant is to enhance the diversity of the NCI-funded research workforce by supporting and recruiting eligible investigators from groups that have been shown to be underrepresented in the biomedical, clinical, behavioral, and social sciences workforce.
