Wisconsin Department of Corrections, Division of Community Corrections seeks a contractor to provide non-residential pre-treatment program services in Adams, Lacrosse, Sparta, Wautoma, and Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. The goals of the treatment program are to introduce participants to basic cognitive programming tools; reduce barriers prohibiting successful program participation; teach offenders to manage attitudes, thoughts, feelings, and emotions responsibly for accountability and community protection; reduce crime/recidivism through pro-social skill building; and increase offender skill, knowledge, and motivation allowing them to enter into and successfully complete subsequent recommended primary treatment/counseling as deemed necessary by the Department . . .
