U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, National Institute of Nursing Research announces the availability of funding for implementation of the Chronic Condition Self-Management in Children and Adolescents (R21) Exploratory/Developmental Research Grant Award. The purpose of this grant is to improve self-management and quality of life in children and adolescents, ages 8 to 21, with chronic conditions.
