Iowa State Department of Health seeks a contractor to provide coordinated programs at the community level to encourage healthier lifestyles, promote wellness, and prevent the health and financial consequences of chronic disease that are often lifestyle-related. Applicants are encouraged to be innovative in designing initiatives to promote health and wellness.
