Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), through its Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services Division (DHHSD), awarded a contract to Partners in Community Supports (PICS) to function as the financial support entity to administer the grant funding for their Deafblind Consumer Directed Services Program.
