The contractor will provide intensive, residential substance abuse and cognitive behavioral programming and reentry programming in one or more medium custody residential facility(ies), including, but not limited to, the following: security services; correctional administrative services; medical, dental, and mental health support services; educational services; programming services, including life skills and recidivism reduction programming; food services; reentry preparation and services; and all other applicable services or programs . . .
