Alaska Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Senior and Disabilities Services seeks a contractor to provide an organized program of services in a facility-based group setting that includes supervised care within a secure environment. Individuals eligible for Adult Day Services (ADS) are those at risk for institutionalization, including individuals who experience Alzheimer’s Disease and related disorders, and those who experience physical, emotional, and/or other cognitive impairments.
