California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) seeks a contractor to provide information with regards to the use of an Administrative Entity to strengthen and support the implementation, administration, and sustainability of behavioral health crisis services accessed through California's 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Administrative Entity is an entity that will serve as a prime contractor to DHCS, responsible for administrative activities to support California's 988 Network, including subcontracting with 988 crisis centers and vendors, data collection, reporting, project management, federal grant management, and fiscal management.
