California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) seeks a contractor to provide third-party administrative management overseeing the Encounter Data Improvement Program, a grant program that will support Medi-Cal providers with identifying and remediating persistent encounter data reporting issues. Currently, 80 to 90 percent of the Medi-Cal population receives services through managed care.
