California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Third-Party Liability and Recovery Division seeks a contractor to pursue identification of other health coverage (OHC) and the collection of outstanding obligations to the state. The purpose is to secure a qualified and responsible contractor to ensure effective and efficient identification and recovery of Medi-Cal fee-for-service payments and, at the discretion of the DHCS, Medi-Cal managed care payments from Medi-Cal members OHC benefits at a reasonable and fair contract price.
