California's City of Los Angeles Mayor’s Office of Public Safety seeks a contractor to operate the Domestic Abuse Response Team (DART) Program in each of the 21 Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Divisions. The DART Program is a law enforcement-based, multidisciplinary crisis response team that pairs state certified domestic violence victim advocates with specially-training LAPD DART officers. The DART Program is operated through community-based organizations that provide intervention and support services, combined with comprehensive follow-up services to victims of domestic violence and their families.
