California's Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS) seeks a contractor to provide Evaluation Services to assess DHS' cost structure and financial performance for CalAIM contracted services in comparison to competitors in the markets as well as in comparison to the Department of Health Care Services assumptions about expected costs. These assessments shall include services operated or arranged for by DHS' Housing for Health program, and may at the DHS' discretion, also include the Office of Diversion and Reentry housing services.
