California's Marin County Health and Human Services (HHS) seeks a contractor to partner with the County on applications for funding from the Proposition 1 Behavioral Health Infrastructure Bond Act (Assembly Bill 531; BHIBA). This includes funding for treatment facilities, permanent supportive housing, or both.
