California's Sacramento County seeks a contractor to serve as a neutral facilitator, consultant, implementation support, and engage in the ongoing supportive and administrative duties as needed for the Interagency Placement Committee (IPC) and Short-Term Residential Treatment Programs (STRTP). The Interagency Placement Committee (IPC) is charged with making recommendations to staff and the Juvenile Court for children and youth requiring a high level of residential treatment and care. IPC also acts as a third party to resolve disagreements on 241.1 jurisdictional assessments conducted by Sacramento County Probation and Child Protective Services staff that recommend to the Juvenile Court . . .
