California's San Bernardino County Department of Health seeks a contractor to provide a proposed plan for provision of the Children’s Residential Intensive Services (ChRIS) Program. The ChRIS Program is a structured residential program that utilizes Full Service Partnerships as well as the values and principles of the Core Practice Model in providing necessary services during the period of placement and up to 2 months after the child has left the group home in order to facilitate a successful transition to a lower level of care.
