California's San Mateo County Human Services Agency (HSA) seeks a contractor to provide shelter operations and services at the new San Mateo County Navigation Center (Navigation Center), to be located in Redwood City. The Navigation Center will be a Housing First, low-barrier, service-enriched homeless shelter focused on moving people into permanent housing by providing temporary living facilities while case managers connect individuals experiencing homelessness to services and assist them with their housing plan. The Navigation Center will serve adults (single adults and couples) and will have capacity to serve 240 individuals at a time . . .
