California's Santa Clara County Social Services Agency, Department of Family and Children’s Services seeks a contractor to provide services for the Supportive Therapeutic Options Program (STOP). The goal of the STOP is to: (a) prevent children from entering or re-entering foster care placement by providing family-centered, community-based supportive and therapeutic services to families; (b) promote successful transitions home through the development of aftercare alternatives that provide continuity of service delivery; and (c) maximize funding resources for service delivery through collaborative partnerships among local public and private agencies such as mental health, probation and child welfare . . .
