Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services seeks a contractor to provide a Mental Health Intensive Residential Program in a congregate community residence with staff onsite 24-hours per day, seven days per week to individuals age 18 or older who have serious and persistent psychiatric disorders, or co-occurring serious and persistent psychiatric disorders and substance use disorders. Some individuals admitted may also have serious co-occurring medical conditions such as diabetes or obesity, that are impacted and complicated by the adjunct psychiatric disorder . . .
