U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance announces the availability of funding for implementation of the Community Supervision Strategies Grant. The purpose of this grant is to provide state, local, and tribal community supervision agencies with resources and training and technical assistance to assess and improve responses to client behavior in accordance with the principles of swiftness, certainty, and/or fairness. Guided by one or more of those principles, supervision agencies will engage in collaborative problem solving with stakeholders using data and research-informed strategies to improve supervision outcomes and promote the fair administration . . .
