Florida's Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) seeks a contractor to provide and implement a mobile app, providing livestream wayfinding service for vision impaired customers. This service shall operate through smartphones-based apps to connect customers with live agents who have expertise in Orientation and Mobility training and in transit information. Customers shall communicate with agents through a one-on-one audio and video livestream on their smartphone or device. Using the livestream information in combination with GPS and other resources, the agent will provide walking directions as needed throughout the customer’s entire trip on JTA’s service . . .
