Hawaii Department of Human Services, Med-QUEST Division seeks a contractor to draft a Medicaid Public Assistance Cost Allocation Plan (PACAP) which complies with federal requirements. The contractor will also assist in negotiations to gain approval of the PACAP and provide new systems and processes for cost allocation, including, but not limited to a time tracking system, and an automated cost allocation plan processing tool.
