Maryland's Wicomico County Partnership for Families and Children seeks a contractor to provide services for the Fellows Program for Disconnected Youth. Disconnected youth are defined by the Governor’s Office for Children as youth, ages 16 to 24, that are not in school and not employed. This program will model the Junior Achievement Fellows program in South Florida by focusing on youth ages 16-24 whom are not working or in school to impact the disconnected youth of Wicomico County.
