Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) seeks a contractor to develop and open a residential home in FY24 for 4-5 individuals with I/DD and mental health challenges. The home will be sited within the Southeast Region and have capacity to support 4 or 5 individuals with complex clinical need. Individuals referred may have experienced some combination of multiple failed community placements, repeated and/or long-term inpatient psychiatric hospitalizations, etc., or do not have a placement due to their complex support needs . . .
