Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) seeks a contractor to work with Victim Assistance and Restorative Justice staff to identify victims requesting to participate in the restorative justice programming. It is anticipated that the contractor will work 20 hours per week for 40 weeks in FY16. Specifically the DOC is looking for a contractor who will coordinate the following processes: work with the DOC Apology Letter Bank by reviewing and providing feedback to offenders who choose to participate in writing apology letters to victims of their crimes and working with victims who request to receive an apology letter and provide training . . .
