Minnesota Department of Corrections seeks a contractor to evaluate the U.S. Department of Justice funded grant project, “Expanding Mental Health De-Escalation Training from Prison to Field Services." Project goals are to increase staff responsivity to the mental health needs of people under community supervision, improve safety of both staff and people under community supervision, as well as to reduce the number of people returning to prison for violations due to a mental health related challenge.
