Minnesota Department of Veteran Affairs (MDVA) seeks a contractor to set up programming and administer case management services for the OPERATION: Opening Veterans to Every Resource (OVER) program. The goal of OPERATION: OVER is to serve former service members whose needs cannot be met through Veterans Administration (VA) programming, effectively filling a major gap in our community’s homeless program services. The services to be provided include outreach, rapport building, and connections to mainstream resources within the Twin Cities 7-county metropolitan region.
