Montana Supreme Court, Office of Court Administrator, 13th Judicial District Drug Court seeks a contractor to provide a recovery management tracking system. The contractor will provide the courts a during-treatment client monitoring instrument and outcomes tracking system. It is designed to assist counselors in following client progress, session participation, relapse and recidivism, as well as providing a tickler functionality for contact and follow-up at regular intervals. The system will better the court’s ability to assist graduating clients in reducing relapse, shortening periods of relapse, reducing recidivism and referring participants to additional services . . .
