Nebraska Department of Education, Office of Special Education seeks a contractor to address the challenges with preparing leaders to effectively meet the needs of learners within their buildings. The contractor will co-construct the the Building Inclusive Leaders Program content and implementation cycle. The Building Inclusive Leaders Program is aimed at building the capacity of novice school leaders to effectively improve outcomes for all learners, especially those with disabilities.
