New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Long-Term Supports and Services (DLTSS) seeks a contractor to develop and conduct a statewide assessment of case management and training needs among stakeholders for the DLTSS, including, but not limited to, the Bureau of Developmental Services Area Agency system, and Independent Case Management Agencies.
