New York's Public Health Solutions, Vaccine Equity for Older and Disabled New Yorkers seeks a contractor to increase vaccine uptake and education among older adults (65 years and older) and people with disabilities in the following three New York City boroughs, Brooklyn (Kings County), Manhattan (New York County), and/or Queens (Queens County) by developing a community-informed, hyper-targeted outreach campaign focusing on overcoming barriers to vaccinations, addressing misinformation and increasing vaccine confidence to promote uptake, and ultimately, advance health equity.
