New York's Public Health Solutions (PHS) seeks a contractor to provide grant writing consultant services to develop, write, prepare, and submit successful federal and/or state government grant applications. The contractor must also have a deep understanding of the Medicaid program, including current efforts to address the social determinants of health through Medicaid reform.
