North Carolina's City of Winston-Salem seeks a contractor to serve as a liaison for employees, their families, victims, and other responders at and related to scenes, emergencies, crises, and other traumatic incidents involving the County’s response to events. The contractor will provide services to all County employees but managing a close working relationship with public safety and emergency services will be essential for program success. On average the contractor will experience 550 individual contacts and 170 hours per month.
