Pennsylvania's Montgomery County Office of Senior Services seeks a contractor to provide coordination and implementation of the APPRISE program while following the standards as set forth by the Pennsylvania Department of Aging. APPRISE is the designated State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) in Pennsylvania that assures Medicare beneficiaries receive free, unbiased and confidential insurance counseling so that they are able to make informed decisions. The APPRISE program is also responsible for implementing the initiatives outlined in PDA’s Medicare Improvement for Providers and Patients Act (MIPPA) grant . . .
