Pennsylvania's Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Mental Health seeks a contractor to provide behavioral health and care coordination needs of county residents. The target population is Montgomery County children, young adults, and adults with behavioral health needs who qualify for county funded services. While the priority population is adults who experience serious mental illness or children with serious emotional disturbance, individuals and families that seek support often have complex needs and are involved with multiple system.
