South Dakota Department of Human Services, Office of Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) seeks a contractor to become certified to teach Dementia Dialogues® through the University of South Carolina. Dementia Dialogues® is a nationally registered and evidence-informed, intervention program. This 5-module training course is designed to educate community members and caregivers (formal or information) for persons who exhibit signs and symptoms of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.
