Specifically, in accountable care programs that include a shared upside/downside risk value-based model. HCA is interested in the health care community’s knowledge and expertise regarding the development, implementation, and operation of value-based models. The information HCA collects may inform its purchasing strategy and may be used to assist HCA in the prospective procurement and implementation of its Accountable Care Program.
